Who does what on a project?
Three complementary roles, which we distinguish clearly so that everyone stays within their mission.
| Role | Who | Mission |
|---|---|---|
| Project owner | The client | Defines the need, sets the budget and deadlines, decides. |
| Project manager | VeraSketch | Designs the works, coordinates all parties, supervises and follows up construction. |
| Contractors | Construction | Carry out the works according to the drawings and schedule. |
Deliverables
- Programme and estimate
- Calculation notes and execution drawings
- Tender documents
- Tender analysis report and recommendation
- Site meeting reports: schedule, costs, quality, safety
- Handover reports and punch list follow-up
- As-built file and as-built model
What you gain
- A single technical counterpart, from design to site
- Studies and works consistent across all disciplines
- Costs and deadlines monitored, not endured

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between project ownership and project management?
The project owner is the client who orders and finances the project. The project manager designs the works and supervises their execution. Our activity here is project management: we design, coordinate and follow up the works on behalf of the owner.
Can you review studies carried out by another engineering office?
Yes. We review the drawings and calculation notes, check their compliance with the project codes and give actionable comments.
Do you work through to handover?
Yes. Our support covers preliminary design, design, consultation, execution, handover and close-out with the as-built file.
